WVP assisted Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services (now WNHS) in annexing five acres of county land next to the Crystal Lake Cemetery. WVP, in conjunction with SERA Architects, developed a plan with 34 homes in which 30-50% were affordable to households earning 80% or less of the median family income.
