Calvary Chapel

Prior to acquiring the current church site, WVP was retained to conduct a development feasibility analysis in order to determine the suitability of the 50-acre site in accommodating the desired uses. The findings included recommendations for water supply, septic disposal, sites for new facilities and road improvements, as well as natural features constraints including steep slopes, landslide risk, highly-protected and significant vegetation, and drainageways.
