Corvallis High School

WVP assisted the Corvallis School District with conditional use approval and a lot development option to construct a new 215,000-square-foot school and remodel 40,000 square feet of an existing building on a 25-acre site. Because the site was surrounded by an existing neighborhood, special consideration was given to traffic, parking, stadium lighting and sound.
