LBCC Benton Center

WVP prepared a development feasibility report evaluating renovations and additions to the Linn Benton Community College Benton Center Campus in Corvallis. This effort was followed with a Historic Resources Commission approval of exterior alterations to the parking lot in 2007, and a zone change approval in 2017 to accommodate their expansion plans to the north along Reiman Avenue.
