Linus Pauling Middle School

WVP assisted the Corvallis School District with conditional use approval and a lot development option to construct a new 120,000-square-foot replacement school on a 28-acre site shared by the Boys and Girls Club. The facility includes 30 classrooms with a capacity for 750 students.
