Market of Choice
This project consisted of relocating Rite Aid which occupied a 74,000-square-foot building that was previously tenanted by Payless, and constructing a new 18,000-square-foot space for Rite Aid on the corner. The larger building was repurposed for Market of Choice and a number of smaller retailers. This project was designed to the city’s shopping street standards which includes 12-foot sidewalks, storefronts, plazas and awnings.
