Willamette Landing Subdivision

WVP assisted Legend Homes with the approval of several major planned development modifications and subdivision plats for phases 5, 6 and 10. These phases ranged from traditional single-family detached homes to single-family attached homes on 26-foot-wide lots with garages along the rear alleys.
